Our notebooks:

Do you offer customization of notebooks?

Yes, all WTF Notebooks can be customized to suit your personality and needs. Simply select any of our available titles, select your preferred cover type, pick your favorite color for the front and back covers and choose from college ruled, gridded, dotted or blank inside pages.

We currently don’t offer the option to change or personalize the written titles on the covers but with a range of over 90 titles there’s at least one for everybody. We release new titles regularly, so if you have a great idea for a funny notebook title that speaks our language, shoot us a message and we might consider adding it to our product range.


Placing an order:

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we do! For orders containing three or more WTF Notebooks a 10% discount will apply automatically to your cart total. For orders of six or more books the discount is 15%. Additionally, all USA orders containing 10 or more books will get a free upgrade to expedited 2-day shipping.

If you are interested in purchasing 50 or more notebooks please ask us about our bulk order discounts.

My order is a gift. Can you leave the receipt out of the packaging?

No problem! Your order will not include any indication of the price. The receipt with the price (order confirmation) will be delivered to you as an email.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, there's no need. You can place an order without an account. If you are planning on purchasing more WTF Notebooks in the future you may want to consider creating an account that holds a record of all your purchases.

My payment failed. What can I do?

Our checkout is a secure payment gateway powered by Shopify®, and we accept all major credit cards, PayPal®, Apple Pay® and Google Pay®.

If your PayPal payment failed please check that:

  • You have enough funds in your PayPal account and/or cards linked
  • Your card connected to your PayPal account is valid and has not expired
  • PayPal hasn't limited or restricted your account

If your credit card payment failed please check that:

  • You have enough credit on your card
  • Your card is valid and has not expired

If you have tried these but still can’t complete the order please contact PayPal or your bank, or consider completing the purchase through a different payment method.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

Once you’ve placed your order your custom WTF Notebooks are printed and bound ‘on demand’ in the USA within 1 to 4 business days (that does not include weekends and public holidays). As soon as your order has left our facilities you will receive your tracking code. Shipping times may vary depending on your location but we aim to get your product to you as quick as possible.

Troubleshooting:

I have received an order confirmation but no tracking code. Why is my order not shipping?

Depending on the size of your order and the volume of orders on our print presses, production of the notebooks can take up to 4 business days (that does not include weekends and public holidays). So it might take a few days to get your order ready to leave our facilities but rest assured that your order will send and you will get a tracking code as soon as it’s on the way.

If you still didn't receive your tracking information please check your spam folder or send us a message.

I’ve received my order and changed my mind. Can I return the notebook?

Our notebooks are printed as ordered. That means every notebook you order is produced and quality checked for you individually. Therefore we do not accept returns, however we can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing errors or printing issues.

I received the wrong notebook, or my notebook arrived damaged.
Will you replace it?

We may offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, such as manufacturing errors, printing issues, damage to the product or if you’ve receive a notebook that you didn’t order. To be eligible for a product replacement please provide photographic evidence of the notebook and a written summary of the issue, which will determine eligibility for a refund or replacement. To do so, please reply to the your order confirmation email.

We will do everything possible to correct the situation and provide the most suitable solution to you. Shipping costs (for orders outside of the USA or Canada) are non-refundable.

In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.

Do you have an affiliate program?

Yes, we do. If you run a website, blog or influencer account and would like to share our products with an affiliate link, please contact us via our contact form to request an invitation to apply for a WTF Notebooks 'Swear Jar' account.

Do you offer wholesale?

Thank you for your interest but we don’t offer wholesale or retail options for our products. WTF Notebooks are exclusively available through our sales channels.
