We're not some sketchy, overseas printer with questionable labor practices. With a production team based out of Utah, USA, all WTF Notebooks are printed on American soil, with American ink, and a whole lotta love. Our process is simple: You pick your notebooks, we print them.

Once your order is placed, our US production team springs into action like a bunch of caffeinated squirrels. We print, bind, and quality-check each notebook before packing up your goodies for shipment. So, rest easy knowing that your order is in good hands.

Shipping
Once we've printed your order, we give it a smooch and send it on its merry way. Shipping is then handled by trusted carriers.

Shipping times: While we have done every effort to give an accurate estimate of shipping times, shipping companies aren't particularly known to have their shit together. Sadly we are not in control of them. But if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, let us know. We're happy to look into it and write some angry emails using all caps.
Returns & exchanges: Since all WTF Notebook are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please only order what you really want and review the specifications before placing an order. In the event that we messed something up with your order, please get in touch and we'll definitely fix it.
Cancelation: You have 1 hour to cancel your order by clicking the cancel button in your order confirmation email. After that, it’s too late to cancel: Your order will be in production – and we won’t apologize for being efficient.
