We're not some sketchy, overseas printer with questionable labor practices. With a production team based out of Utah, USA, all WTF Notebooks are printed on American soil, with American ink, and a whole lotta love. Our process is simple: You pick your notebooks, we print them.

Once we've printed your order, we give it a smooch and send it on its merry way. Shipping is then handled by trusted carriers.

All available shipping methods come with parcel tracking. Shipping prices are calculated at checkout – some free options available with Bundle Discounts.
While we have done every effort to give an accurate estimate of shipping times, carriers aren't particularly known for having their shit together. Sadly we are not in control of them. But if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, let us know. We're happy to look into it and write some angry emails using all caps.
Canada shipping: If you're ordering from outside of the United States, there's a chance that you'll get whacked with customs duties on your order (we have no control over this, so blame the big boys). As the customer it is your responsibility to do your own due diligience on duties and taxes prior to placing an order, and to pay any import costs.
Returns & exchanges: Since all WTF Notebook are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please only order what you really want and review the specifications before placing an order. In the event that we messed something up with your order, please get in touch and we'll definitely fix it.
Cancelation: You have 1 hour to cancel your order by clicking the cancel button in your order confirmation email. After that, it’s too late to cancel: Your order will be in production – and we won’t apologize for being efficient.
