Once your order is placed, our US production team springs into action like a bunch of caffeinated squirrels. We print, bind, and quality-check each notebook before packing up your goodies for shipment. So, rest easy knowing that your order is in good hands.

Shipping
After we've printed your order, we give it a smooch and send it on its merry way. Shipping is then handled by trusted carriers.
And like with our notebooks, you also have the choice of shipping option. Use our calculator below for transparent costs and timeframes.

Canada Shipping: If you're ordering from outside of the United States, there's a chance that you'll get whacked with customs duties on your order (we have no control over this, so blame the big boys). As the customer it is your responsibility to do your own due diligience on duties and taxes prior to placing an order, and to pay any import costs.

Returns & Exchanges: Since all WTF Notebook are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please only order what you really want and review the specifications before placing an order. In the event that we messed something up with your order, please get in touch and we'll definitely fix it.

Cancelation: You have 1 hour to cancel your order by clicking the cancel button in your order confirmation email. After that, it’s too late to cancel: Your order will be in production – and we won’t apologize for being efficient.

Where are these notebooks made?
WTF Notebooks are custom made in our production house near Salt Lake City, UT.
What do you mean by "custom made"?
Custom made means we don't have any inventory in stock. Each WTF Notebook is printed to your individual choices of notebook type, cover color, and inside pages. The printing process starts within an hour after you've finalized your purchase.
How long does it take for the books to be printed?
Generally, it takes 2 to 5 business days for your order to be printed, bound and packed up.
Most orders are ready for shipment within a couple of business days, but during periods of higher order volume it can occasionally take the full 5 business days.
I don't live in the US. Can I still buy WTF Notebooks?
We currently only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada.
How long will shipping take?
That depends on the shipping method you choose from above. Please keep in mind that we first need to print your order, and that shipping starts from the day your order leaves our facilities.
But Amazon can deliver my orders overnight...
That's because Amazon and other retailers don't custom-make your orders. Amazon also has its own fleet of cargo planes. Maybe one day we'll have that too. Then we can also launch genitalia-shaped rockets into space.
I'm incredibly impatient. Can you make me feel better?
Believe us when we say that we're always looking for ways to speed up our production line. But it's not as simple as hitting 'print' on your office printer. And let's be honest, waiting an extra couple of days or so for a custom-made, quality notebook really isn't that bad, is it?
If you need your WTF Notebooks tomorrow, this may not be the right time to place an order. Maybe next time – and with a little more time to spare.
I received an order confirmation but no shipping update. Why is my order not shipping?
We are probably printing your notebooks right now.
Most orders are ready for shipment within a couple of business days, but depending on the size of your order and the volume of orders on our print presses, it can occasionally take the full 5 business days to get your order ready for shipment.
Rest assured that your order will ship and you will get a tracking code as soon as it’s on the way.
